I am an engineering leader and systems thinker who likes to build products, and teams that deliver them. Recently I have been deep in the world of AI, exploring how it can be used in engineering organisations to accelerate delivery.
Professional background
I currently work as Head of Software Engineering at Kraken Technologies, where I lead the Financials Engineering organisation, managing over 90 engineers across 10+ teams in 10 countries and 3 continents. My role involves organisational design, strategy, building strong leadership, and more in the service of delivering outcomes for our clients and the business.
